Our office is open 8:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday. Since medical
staffing services are required twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week,
HealthCare Connections provides a continuation of services even when the office
is not open.
After regular working hours our on-call staff answers all telephone calls. They
are ready to meet any of your needs. Our on-call staff has been specially
trained to match professional skills and experience of our personnel to meet our
client’s specific needs. When our clients call us after office hours they speak
to an on-call employee, who provides the same prompt, courteous and
knowledgeable service which is received during regular office hours.
Our office staff ensures clients and employees deal with the same people on a
daily basis. When a client or employee calls there is no automated voice system
requiring the need to spend time being directed to the right department. All
calls are handled personally by a HealthCare Connections office employee.
