HealthCare Connections is owned and operated by its President/Clinical Director
who is personally responsible for directing and coordinating all activities as
well as supervision and management of both office and field staff personnel.
Its office staff consists of client service representatives including
on-call/after hour’s client service representatives, marketing/sales and
recruitment specialist, and a part-time Information Technology Network
Administrator.
HealthCare Connections utilizes Client Service Representatives to conduct the
daily operations of the company. The Client Service Representative provides
first-line assistance to employees, applicants, clients and all other vendors.
They perform administrative duties including clinical support, interviewing and
screening prospective employees, taking client orders, problem resolution and
scheduling employees.
